Please read these terms carefully before utilizing Xamins platforms, licenses, or custom engineering services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing xamins.com, licensing our software modules, or commissioning custom engineering services from Xamins ('Company', 'we', 'our'), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to all terms, you must discontinue the use of our services and software packages immediately.
2. Intellectual Property & Source Code Ownership
Upon full payment of commercial licensing or custom development fees, Xamins grants the client full commercial usage rights and access to the complete unminified source code as specified in your agreement.
You are permitted to modify, deploy, host, and rebrand the software for your company and client operations without recurring platform vendor locks.
Redistribution or resale of the raw Xamins source code templates as competing script bundles is strictly prohibited without explicit written master-distributor authorization.
3. Service Level & Support SLA
Xamins provides technical support, deployment assistance, bug fixes, and infrastructure setup during the agreed support term.
Client customizations made outside our engineering recommendations may require separate audit and maintenance agreements.
4. Limitation of Liability
Xamins shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party hosting failures, domain expirations, or external payment gateway downtimes.
